Chemical cabinets from DENIOS

Chemical cabinets are special cabinets for the safe storage of chemicals and hazardous substances, which are mainly used in laboratories and industry. They meet strict safety standards and thus ensure protection against leaking chemicals, fire hazards and unauthorised access.

How is a chemical cabinet constructed?

Filling cabinets for chemicals are the special solution when frequent filling from several canisters is required. The practicality of the chemical cabinet, e.g. with pull-out storage shelves, is ideal here. A DENIOS chemical cabinet is available on request as a filling cabinet in a complete unit or you can customise your chemical cabinet from the components on offer to meet your individual application requirements. On request, we can also supply you with the appropriate canisters including filling taps.

The basis for the high quality of our chemical cabinets is always a stable housing made of thin sheet steel. A DENIOS chemical cabinet is also equipped with a base drip tray and three shelves, both of which are available in a galvanised or powder-coated version. The standard integrated ventilation openings, preparation for connection to an exhaust fan and a coordinated range of accessories round off this type series.

The advantages of a chemical cabinet

In a chemical storage cabinet from DENIOS, you can store aggressive chemicals such as acids, alkalis and water-polluting substances safely, reliably and in compliance with the law. This makes the chemical cabinet ideal for storage in the laboratory.

Your benefits:

  • Storage in accordance with regulations
  • Safety in the laboratory and workspaces
  • Integrated drip trays/ pull-out trays
  • Ventilation through exhaust and supply air openings
  • Height-adjustable storage shelves

Flexible equipment for a chemical cabinet

The shelves of the chemical cabinet can be adjusted in height in 25 mm increments. Ventilation grids near the floor ensure vertical air flow. Each chemical cabinet has an exhaust air connection as standard and is optionally available with a matching ventilation attachment. DENIOS offers two versions of its chemical cabinet as standard: The version with a galvanised floor drip tray and 3-6 galvanised shelves. The other version is equipped with a bottom drip tray and 3-6 powder-coated shelves.
