Grease guns and lubricators assist with the professional and power-saving lubrication of machine parts or surfaces - manually or by compressed air.
In industrial applications, lubrication refers to the introduction of a substance that can prevent friction or wear, especially between moving or sliding components. This is a long-standing technique, but modern improvements have led to a pronounced increase in the efficiency and capacity of agricultural, engineering and other machinery.
DENIOS UK has brought together two essential types of lubrication technology for use in the workplace: grease guns and compressed air lubrication equipment. Both of these solutions have been developed to help our customers lower their costs, maintain peak efficiency, and overcome any challenges that they may be experiencing with regard to lubrication. When you aim to drive your level of productivity ever higher, we can help you to boost work safety and streamline maintenance processes at the same time by helping you protect the longevity of your equipment.
Grease is a common lubricant because it adheres to the moving surfaces of a machine without trickling away like oil, promoting environmental protection and work safety. It helps to manage or lessen damage that can be caused by surfaces coming into contact with each other. The grease guns in our collection come in two types: battery and manual. Both have benefits depending on the application planned and also the personal preference of the user.
Manual versions, such as our One-hand Grease Gun HP4-G, are produced in steel with a reinforced rubber hose and a four-jaw coupler. We also sell the Standard Grease Cartridge, which is used to refill it. Manual guns are most commonly used in machine shops – the technician simply squeezes the lever to dispense lubrication to any point where it is needed. The benefit of these guns is that the grease is supplied through a rubber tube, so that it can be placed directly in harder-to-reach spots. Our battery-operated grease guns can deliver a smooth, continuous flow of lubricant, saving you money and time by getting the job done faster. They have the further advantage of being cordless.
Compressed Air Lubrication equipment has been used in machine shops for decades, and we know that many of our customers still value this method. Recommended for a number of applications, including vehicle maintenance, construction and shipping, a pneumatic system can cut back on leakages that form around pistons, spools or housings – internally or externally. Our compressed air lubricators come with a four-metre hose, so they can be manoeuvred into place, and an impressive 400-bar pressure. A lubricated air system may be costlier than the manual alternative, but in the long run, the savings made could far outweigh the initial outlay.
