Drum Agitators

You are sure to find the correct agitator for your operational requirements and business when you choose from the DENIOS UK range of agitators that are suitable for homogenisation, agitating and dissolving. Our container agitators are especially useful for firms in the electroplating and water treatment industries and in the chemical, beverage and cosmetic industries.

DENIOS UK offers an excellent selection of electric-powered container agitators. Models specifically designed for liquids with very high viscosity are available, as is a model that is explosion proof. These container agitators use a 400 V power supply and have a stainless steel mixer shaft. These agitators are designed for use with unpressurised 1,000-litre single-use containers (IBC).

We also offer a compressed air-powered drum agitator with an R 1/2” compressed air connection. This model is heat resistant and explosion proof, and it can adjust the IBC mixing speed depending on the viscosity of the medium mixed. This container agitator is designed for homogenising, dispersing, emulsifying and suspending liquids of all viscosities. The agitator also includes a filter and device to decrease pressure, with a manometer reading for the secondary pressure.

DENIOS UK also offers an excellent selection of drum stirrers. Both electric-powered and compressed air-powered models are available depending on your needs, and there are models available for use with both open and closed drums. Some models are explosion proof, and a hand-held model for use with open containers is also available. Most models are designed to work with liquids of medium viscosity, and the mixer shafts are manufactured with high-quality stainless steel. The electric-powered models use a 400 V power supply, and the compressed air models use an R 1/2” compressed air connection.
