HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AND CHEMICALS IN STORAGE ROOMS

CHALLENGE AND PROJECT
Ecolab required a suitable storage space for the legally compliant storage of a wide range of hazardous substances and chemicals in storage rooms. The project concerned the storage of aggressive as well as flammable media (flashpoint < 55°) in large numbers of differing small containers.
THE SOLUTION
After evaluating the storage area required, a design using racking systems in hazardous materials storage containers was developed. Cost-effective standard products from the DENIOS range could be used. Delivery and assembly took place "just in time“ in close coordination with the customer, as the new building was still being completed. The pack dimensions had to fit with the current conditions.
RESULT AND CUSTOMER BENEFIT
After a comprehensive quote the contract was awarded to DENIOS. The customer was delighted with the plan. The customer received a storage solution tailored to his requirements, which was created from cost-effective standard products from the DENIOS range. Economy and effectiveness went hand in hand.
